Paso 1 - Step 1:
Ir a Panel de Control, Programas y Caractaerísticas y Seleccionar la opción Activar Características de Windows
Go to Control Panel, Programas, and Select Activate Windows Components
Seleccionar / Select Internet Information Services
Verificar que esten seleccionadas las siguientes opciones:

Abrir el Administrador de IIS y verificar la sección de Autentificación
Open the IIS Adminsitrator and verify the this section:
La autentificación Anonima debe estar Habilitada
The anonymous Access, must be enable:
Paso 3 / Step 3:
Verificar que los dll's que necesitamos esten habilitados, en nuestro caso, habilitar el mgrqispi.dll en la sección de Restricciones de ISAPI y CGI
Verify that mgrqispi is enable in the ISAPI-CGI Restrictions Section

En Windows no modifiqué ningun permiso en las carpetas y con esta configuración, uniPaaS debe funcionar en Merge y RIA
I did not modify any option or permision in the folders or files. With this configuration uniPaaS should works with Merge and RIA

la opcion 3 no esta en mi configuracion
no se si por este motivo solo puedo acceder desde otro equipo de la red a la web
funciona per somo ejecutandola desde el mimo equipo.
si me saben ayudar muchas gracias
La opción 3 aparece a nivel raiz o root del servidor web. Las imagenes que adjunto son de Windows 7 x64 Ultimate.
